I was very impressed with the customer service but especially with their integrity. It was very clear that what I was told by our dealership was total bs. The dealership all in would have been around $600 but it only costed me $160 and they told me I didn't need what the dealership said I did even though they could have made so much more money off of me. It being a family owned business does make all the difference and at almost age 50 I've experienced many vehicle breakdowns and this is the best experience I've had getting it fixed.
