I have stayed at the Mandarin Oriental in LV several times over the last year. It is an calm and serene oasis in the middle of a chaotic world. This last visit was like coming home, from the moment of pulling into the driveway and always being greeted with the valet who remember your name (which still haven't figured how they remember everyone). This last time we went has the busiest it has been, because they advised us to make reservations at the MoZen Bistro for breakfast/brunch. Due to the layout of the hotel, the customer service and the undeniable first class luxury, we would have not known. They had a buffet brunch set up to streamline the mornings and as always felt attended to. And even though it was in the 40's & 50's during the day, we still went to the 8th floor pool to hang out in the hot tub. Make sure you grab a few hot-warmed towels from the pool attendant, we spent the afternoon out there enjoying the deck to ourselves. In our rooms, there was a tablet they were piloting, we ordered room service, dry cleaning and valet services all through with a touch of a button. Such fun all around! Can't wait to get back there.
