  • We're in Sun City West, so I'm not sure which Safelite office served us ... presuming it's this one on N. 83rd Ave. If so, then kudos to technician Moises for his courteous and expert service. This is our second new windshield in six months since buying our brand new Prius. There's something about Phoenix-area freeways and rocks. But, oh well. Getting a windshield replaced quickly and expertly is the bare minimum that one would expect from a company ... and Safelite fulfills that requirement to a T. What I REALLY appreciate about them, however, is that they provide numerous email notifications confirming your reservation, including one with the tech's name and photo. And then there are a couple of text messages just prior to the technician showing up. The last text message is a link to be able to track the tech's truck in your browser, and you can watch his driving progress right up until he pulls in front of your house. In an age where one might experience a wide range of accountability with service people, it is extremely refreshing to be so much in the loop about when the tech will be arriving. As we will continue to drive on Phoenix-area freeways I am sure we will be needing new windshields in the future. Safelite will definitely be who we call. As an aside; I really wonder about how dumb a motorcycle rider can be who rides our freeways without a full-face protection helmet. Can you imagine what it much be like to get hit in the face by a rock that does so much damage to a windshield? Boggles the mind.
