  • We had taken a brand new suit, dress pants, and two new dress shirts to another cleaners who did a horrible job and, in fact, shrunk the suit jacket some by steaming it (made partly of wool)...both pants had been pressed so hard the inside seam alliance showed on the outside and the laundered shirts had wrinkles starched in. Debbie was so sweet noting all our concerns and showing her head dry-cleaner the areas before we left. They did an absolutely amazing job correcting everything for us. The suit jacket has a small amount of residual puckering from the other cleaners but we are so very happy with what Arcadia cleaners did and will use them from now on!!
