  • I needed a dermatologist upon moving to Charlotte. I get a mix of medical and cosmetic treatments regularly and used a combination of my insurance and a cosmetic reward program to find Charlotte Skin and Laser. I have been very pleased with the services. Dr. Rostan and her staff are helpful and professional. They are able to get me in to see the doctor in a timely manner. Lunch time appointments are quick and always include a visit with the doctor as well as working with any of the staff to complete medical intake or update activities. Btw I never feel as though I'm being "upsold" other services or products. Any discussion of other services has always been initiated by me and the recommendations have been helpful and informative with full disclosures. Would definitely refer Charlotte Skin and Laser to others!
