  • PLEASE READ VERY IMPORTANT KEEP YOUR RECEIPT !!!!! I been buying parts here for years. Yes, the quality of parts are definitely on a generic scale. The parts get the job done. I just had a bad experience here I purchased 2 window regulators and paid a good price. Both failed in a matter of months. I called to see about a exchange they absolutely need a receipt. I lost the receipt but have the purchase on my bank statement. Is that evidence enough. They will not work with you without your receipt. This place has a lot of broken English iq next to none customer service reps. Can't speak to one person here that cares at all. All I want is my parts exchanged that all..
