  • I couldn't even get an appointment here. They tried to give me a runaround with saying that I need a referral and then that I don't need a referral. SHA or whatever her name was, who was from billing department (?) somehow just knew that they won't accept me, because I need to see primary care doctor first. Then she called her supervisor ANITRA, who was absolutely rude and didn't let me put a word in a conversation before she started talking to someone at the office at the same time and put me on hold forever. After being on hold for over 15 min, Anitra came back with the same rude attitude and told me, that "ok" they would schedule me. So, now after all I didn't need a referral (?). After I read reviews here, I was glad I didn't make an appointment. The main cause for thyroid disfunction is considered to be stress. Well, I had enough of stress from just trying to make an appointment here. I doubt they can do any good for me.
