  • Sooooo disappointed in palm beach tan as a loyal customer! I just changed locations because I just move to Henderson from North Las Vegas and I arrived to get my spray time with little time to spare. I was greeted by Diaja who was the only one working (who by the way is a sweetheart) and she got my spray tan set up. So I got my tan and exited and realized that it did not work and that I wasn't sprayed with any color. So Daija tried calling a manager but she wouldn't answer so she put me on the versa machine which I'm not familiar with and which I'm extremely disappointed with because everyone was calling me a mutant from x men because the color of the tan was terrible on my skin and was like peeling it was soooo weird. Anyways it took about an hour and a half and even people were coming out of their tanning sessions asking me ,"oh wow you're still here?" I'm disappointed because one I have work at 4am and didn't get out of their till way past 9pm when I arrived around early 7pm and two nothing was comped to me. Don't get me wrong Daija was amazing and is a doll but there wasn't much she could do since she couldn't authorize anything to be compensated. Obviously I think I should've got at least a free tan but yeahhh....
