OMG-- I brought my mother here for an upgrade ( I am not a customer of Verizon) and was blown away at what I saw. There were people basically napping on the benches because they had been there so long. I was hoping we would get in and out. Wrong!
5 hours in this store for an upgrade! This is terrible. Not sure if this store has a manager but somebody needs to get some training. This is totally insane.
When it was finally our turn, we had already chosen the phone we wanted hours ago and the guy spent another hour telling my mother about all the hi tech cases and extra things she did not need for her phone. What a waste of a day. I will never step foot in this place again. They should set up a system online and let people make appointments. It would help everyone and you would have a lot less angry customers in your stores.
