  • i like to go to nail salons and evesdrop on the conversations the employees have. they never say anything bad about me. only questions about my nationality come up. anyway.. i go to gina for my pink and whites-gel. $45 for full set and $35 for a pink and white fill. it varies between the pink or white fill alone. so gina is the best person to go to for this according to my friend who has been going there for a couple years. i agree. this is a typical salon with the smell of acetone and polish. i like that you're not rushed in and out because there are ppl waiting. but they dont take forever either. color selection is wide and no appt is required. they'll take ya right away. if you're in the neighborhood dont be afraid to stop by for a quick mani. i love this place cuz its just a couple doors down from palm beach tan so i'll go tan before or after. then get my groceries from the albertsons a few more doors down. way to be productive! ____________________________________________ EDIT:: LAST V ISIT JULY 17TH so gina is going to be on vacation for a month. she told me a month in advanced. that was nice. so i ask her who she would recommend to do my fill in the mean time. first she said anyone.. then she turned around and pointed to the guy two tables back. his name is.. tom? but as she is turned to him she says in vietnamese that i want to know who can do the fill and she's just going to throw out his name. that was not cool. so NOT cool.... so me and my friend are gonna have ugly nails til she comes back. not about to pay tom to do my nails when i know she just said his name for the hell of it. blah.. i was really disappointed. (she still doesnt know i understand everything thats being said in vietnamese.. lol) oh well... gotta knock off a star for that..
