  • I called the Sahara location and talked to the mechanic, ask how much and when they could do an alignment on my car, he said right now, I told him I'd be there in 10 mins. I got there no mechanic, other service kid drove my car and told me I have to get 2 front tires, no they just put tires on my car 2 weeks earlier, Sat in the waiting room and watched 6 differant Hispanic men get service right away. Finally I ask the front office guy Hey whats up with my car and he said just waiting on mechanic and I asked where is he and he was standing there eating lunch in the waiting room. Then the guy says you can't wait 40 more mins and I said no because by this time I have been waiting 1 hour and 40 mins, so he gives me my keys and I leave. I believe this was total discrimination, Whites Wait ! If I would of been the same nationality as the 6 Hispanic men that came 10 mins after me, I would have been out of there in 1 hour.
