  • This placed has turned into a run down dump! At first the apartments were really nice. There wasn't any trouble. (At least I didn't see it.) As the months passed I noticed a change in the quality of the apartments. The place started to look a bit run down in my opinion and rules were not being enforced. The people in the office are NO help for ANYTHING. Any type of maintenance request takes at least 2 weeks. The office staff are really a joke and don't care about their people and their jobs and love to complain about the "owner" of the complex. People that (I think) lived there would basically shut down the pool for their own entertainment like birthday parties and would be out there drinking playing loud music and fight. They would also prop the door open so anyone could come and go at the pool! The police started coming around a lot more for all sorts of things. There was some petty stuff going on as well, like cars being broken into as well as stuff being stolen off of patios and other "normal" drama that comes with people living around. The last straw though, was when we had a couple of new tenants move in above us and our apartment was infested with bed bugs. When we let management know about it they had some guy come out and spray which helped but then they wanted us to pay for it out of OUR POCKET because "we left a bag opened" and the manager claimed that "Bed bugs don't travel through the walls." And blamed the entire infestation on us! Saying because the previous tenants that "lived there didn't have bed bugs" so it had to been us who brought them in. Um, yeah because we lived with bed bugs the entire 3 YEARS that we were there???!! I even called multiple pest control businesses and they all told me what I already knew about bed bugs but I guess according to management isn't true. I'm glad I'm done with this place and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!
