| - Yeah, I concur with a lot of the reviewers here about their card system. Personally, I don't think a card system is a bad idea, but their's uses a card you purchase from them, and pay $.50 for.. I've been to other laundromats that use credit cards, and that works great. I now have one of their cards I purchased for $10.00, and it still has like $4.?? on it. I only had a $10.00 bill when I went in.
It does have lots of nice new machines, and the prices are in line with other local laundromats. Except, you can only purchase $1.00 worth of drying time (24 minutes) at a time, so if your clothes are just a little damp, you can only buy another dollar's worth of time. Kind of a waste of my money (very important to me), and electricity, in a city in the desert, where water, air conditioning, and electricity should saved.
It was clean while I was in there, although I'm not sure there was an attendant. Didn't use the bathroom while there, but if it's true that they charge to use the bathroom, then that SUCKS. Personally, I dislike any business that will not provide a clean restroom for use by it's paying customers. That should just be a given.
