  • Just received a wonderful Christmas miracle... My current washing machine went out and OneGuard Home Warranty offered me a different unit (GE which I didn't want or matched my dryer) or cash out. The cash out would only cover 1/2 of the cost of a replacement unit. As many can relate - finances are tight, especially during the holidays. My Rep, Tina Launders, read my email about this and she went ABOVE & BEYOND and consulted her supplier to see if she could purchase a replacement unit with her buying power at a more affordable price. The unit she offered was EXACTLY the unit I found on-line that would be the closest replacement! Delivery, installation, old unit haul-away would only cost me $130 as opposed to hundreds and hundreds if I purchased retail myself. I am truly grateful to have learned about OneGuard from a friend. This is my second incident, and both have been handled with professionalism and grace. I cannot recommend them enough!
