  • DO NOT come here for Dermatology! A month ago I came in for a very simple procedure a cortisone shot to eliminate my pimple. Kristin the PA did not inject it enough and I ended up having take time off again to come in and repeat the procedure. Today I wake up at 6:30AM for an 8:00AM appointment for the exact same procedure and again it's still there without any change at all. This means I again have to take time off to go there and have it redone. And I Can't even do that because I'm leaving for vacation tonight until next Friday so I'll spend a week of vacation with this miserable pimple on my face for no logical reason at all. AND I paid them money for absolutely nothing accomplished. I tried to be understanding and reasonable the first time but this is clearly just inexperience and worse inefficiency! I am never going back here again! Nothing I hate more then wasting my time it is absolutely ridiculous!
