  • Had such a noisy sliding door that every time we opened or closed it, it made such noise that a dog 2 doors away would begin to bark (¡seriosamente!-really!). Finally the lock broke. I took a look at reviews in YELP.com and chose Arizona Sliding Door, not to be confused with AZ sliding door, a saprophytic imposter I am told. When I called, Heather was able to diagnose my noise problem and my lock problem and gave me the costs over the phone. Heather was awesome, as she knew the product inside and out. She later told me she spent a lot of time in the field to learn the business and that certainly paid off. In just a couple of days Dave showed up promptly and in about an hour he had fixed this door and it is so quiet I might have to put a chime on it (just kidding). He also replaced the lock and adjusted it perfectly. I heartily & enthusiastically recommend Arizona Sliding Door. They are experts. They are on time. They are awesome! Thank you.
