I love Chipotle. I eat it frequently. But this location has a major issue. They are not nearly equipped to handle the amount of volume/traffic they receive. There is no excuse to run out of ice for the day at 6 pm. This has happened several times. Out of guac, out of cups, out of bags, out of forks. It's unacceptable. I like the manager and staff. They are always friendly even under the constant stress they work in. The franchisee needs to give them the tools and supplies to justify the 12$ price tag on their meals. Improve the experience.
