The open kitchen allows you to see how your food is made. I love that. What I don't love is seeing the guy who's making my food with gloves on touching all sorts of personal items, then lifting my sandwich to the plate with the same gloved hands. I wonder if he knows the gloves aren't to keep his hands clean, but to keep my food from getting contaminated.
I asked to talk to a manager, but apparently at 12:45 they have all left for the day.
I then asked who was in charge and if they had a problem with that. The answer was, you asked for a new one and we will make it for you.
