  • They do great work when they actually do it. Used them for a cleanup and then started maintenance after being impressed with their work. They skipped touching our yard during one scheduled maintenance, presumably because it already looked fine but we noticed. When bringing this up, they stated they had definitely done the work because their GPS showed them there. They sent a QA person out to check who confirmed the yard was done because of all the dye in our yard - only problem being there was none. After further discussion, we actually met with their QA person who stated if they were to have done the maintenance they obviously didn't do much at all. Rather than making it right and comping the next maintenance they decided that half off the next service was the only thing they could do. Wouldn't even send someone out to spray. Left us the choice of paying 150% for one maintenance or cancel without any compensation. Terrible customer service, much better service with a more reasonable price out there. Pass on these guys.
