  • During my first visit to Charlotte, NC I decided to take a friend's advice on a great lunch spot, Pike's Old Fashioned Soda Shop! I sat at the bar and had today's special of Shrimp and Grits and a Peach Milkshake to go. The food was delicious but the company was even better. The bartender was friendly and knowledgeable and even anticipated my requests before I made them. I can't wait to eat here the next time I return to Charlotte.
