Worst customer service call center, ever. Every time I've had to call in, it requires 3-4 calls. Usually because the representatives hang up on you in the first two calls. Then you ask for a supervisor and it's the same thing. Found out they were overcharging me and "bundling" it into the base package charge. They charge equipment protection charges that they never disclosed. Avoid this company. The channels are even that great. Lots of dead, garbage channels on their "premium" package.
