  • This review is far over due. I was suggested by my Realtor to give Kimberly White at Alterra Home Loans a try, when the original lender I chose was dragging its feet and putting me at risk for not getting approved on time to buy the house I wanted. I took the advice of my Realtor and wow was impressed. Kimberly explained everything I needed to do, got it done quick and she was easy to work with. I even suggested a co-worker to use Alterra and she also used Kimberly and is now in her first home as well! I had a great experience and recommend Kim at Alterra.
