  • I love my doc. So far, the medical staff has been wonderful. I am trying so hard to be understanding with the office and billing staff. It's beginning to get difficult. Short answers on the phone from the billing staff. I have been doing my own research on my insurance, along with them, and all I need to know is exactly where my money is going. I want to have an amazing experience with this practice, I truly do. I just wish they would help me out a little.
