  • We went on a Tuesday and started our tour around 3:30 pm. We picked a good time to come because there was only two other people on the tour with us (making it a total of four people). I was happy about that because the rooms are somewhat small and it was nice not to be crowded or rushed during the hour and 20 minutes we were there. Our tour guide, Sara, was awesome! She was very knowledgeable, had a great sense of humor, made you feel at ease, and seemed genuinely excited about her job, which is always great because it amps up the visitors' excitement as well. All the staff I encountered was incredibly friendly and happy to be there. Zak did such a wonderful job putting this collection together; you can really tell how much thought and attention to detail he put into placing all of the items into specific rooms. While there are special effects like fog and creepy sound effects/music adding to the mood, the artifacts speak for themselves. Many of the rooms left me feeling uneasy and dizzy, especially the 18 and older rooms that contain the more malevolent objects.
