  • I highly recommend Dino's plumbing,,,,,,,,,,,5 months ago they replaced my garbage disposal,.well to my disappointment the disposal was leaking.I called Dino's plumbing to come address the issue. When the technician came out he told me that he would need to replace the unit again.I wasn't happy but I told him to do whatever needed to be done.It costed $225 the first time and I was prepared to pay it again.While the man went to get the part at home depot,Michelle from Dino's plumbing happened to call to check up if everything was ok.I replied yes and told her that the technician went to get the part.Well,in the mean time I explained my story about the 1st technician that came out and told her that I bought everything from him. Michelle put me on hold and went to talk to Dino who is the owner.She came back to the phone to tell me that that tech was no longer working for them because of certain issues and that the new disposal would be free of charge. I so appreciate that they went the extra mile to accommodate me and was totaly shocked being that I was prepared to pay for it either way.THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST......BETTER THAN I'VE EVER SEEN BEFORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
