  • My boyfriend and I were looking for new breakfast places to try and decided to check Vovomeena out. The reviews were off the charts, especially for the Pain Perdu. To make an unbiased assessment, I refused to order the pain perdu the first time. My logic being: how good can a place REALLY be if they only serve one fantastic item? So, I ordered the Blackstone scramble while my boyfriend decided to continue his search for the best biscuits and gravy. The food was as fabulous as I had read. The biscuits and gravy were some of the best he had ever had and I made a personal oath to come try the pain perdu. That mission was completed today and I concur with all the positive reviews. I was sincerely sad, and disappointed in myself, for not being able to finish what was on my plate. We will be coming back!
