  • I'm very disappointed in this company who was recommended by my pool service person. First of all, my original appointment was supposed to be last week (or was it the week before, I don't remember), but anyway, they called and left me a message that they had to cancel and would be out today, March 8th. I waited all week to hear from them to give me a window of the time they'd be here...but never heard anything. Still nothing this morning. So, I called and no answer. I left a message. They finally returned the call telling me there was a problem with their roof and wanted to reschedule (yet again). Since this would be another reschedule and my husband was already looking up other repair services, I declined. I will be letting my pool service person know this issue as well and suggest he refer to another service. I wish I would have read these reviews because I never would have called this company to begin with!
