  • If ever there was a godlike auto mechanic operation on this earth, it's the shop over at PFCS. Bob (head mechanic extraordinairre) is incredibly smart and caring, Marlene (who *really* runs things) makes you feel like family, and the rest of the staff is more than courteous and polite. I've been a client for over 10 years and have NEVER been anything short of GRATEFUL, AMAZED, and IMPRESSED by the professionalism, honesty, and expert care I'm given each time I have to bring one of my beastly old Toyotas in! Bob always leaves each visit with a "I love seeing you, but I don't expect I'll have to see you again for a while, which is the way it should be." And he always personally gives a follow up call the next day after pick up to make sure all is operating smoothly. Thank you Bob, Marlene, Harry et al! I am your client for LIFE!
