  • She did the same thing to me, withdrawing money from my checking account ostensibly as a retainer for services I did NOT authorize and using account information I had given to her predecessor Donna Benjamin. She has been negotiating a plea deal that will let her off with a misdemeanor theft charge if she completes supervised probation, perhaps allowing her to live in Santa Barbara, CA, while on probation, with a nominal amount to pay in restitution for her many crimes. If she has committed recent crimes against you, PLEASE contact the Attorney General's office (Mark Brnovuch) at 602-542-4911 or the attorney handling the case against her (Adam Schwarz) at 602-542-8503 to let them know she's still engaged in criminal activity.
