  • We were purchasing an investment property that had a cracked sliding glass door. The bank would not fund our loan until the crack was repaired so we were in a pinch to get the glass replaced within a few days in order to close escrow on time. I called 4 different companies and of the 3 that got back to me, I truly appreciated the professionalism and friendliness each time I called (maybe 3 times). True View was able to go out within 48 hours and replaced the glass quickly and as promised. They also had a competitive bid. One of our bid was nearly twice True View's. Bobby was a great communicator and seemed to have sympathy for our particular situation. I could not be more appreciative and am so happy we decided to go with them. When it comes time to change out the 35+ year old windows we know who to call.
