  • This review is for the terrible customer service I received here. I came here to see if they had an attachable bike seat for a child. I was basically ignored by sales person so I decided go and stand in line at the cashier to see if I could ask someone there if they had one. I was very clearly standing in line and when it was my turn to go up there, the cashier asks the man behind me if she could help him because he was paying for something!! I'm not allowed my turn because I had a question instead of paying for something?? So this tool goes up there and is actually asking about replacing a battery for some piece of equipment and spends at least 10 minutes up there. The other cashier, after helping a different customer, joins their conversation instead of helping me. At this point there are 3 people behind me and they're just chatting about the difference between whatever device he had and whatever equivalent one they had in the store. So after all that, I finally get my turn and ask for what I came for and the answer was no but that they could order it for me. Between wandering around looking for help and then waiting for a cashier to answer a question, I wasted at least 15 minutes in this store. Terrible customer service, would not recommend.
