  • This bar doesn't have a ton of character... and if you are not sitting by the window, there's really not a reason to bother on account of the high prices and not super impressive drinks. The cocktails are good, but not enough to justify what you are paying for them. One of the best places to go for a view of the strip, and probably less riff-raff than a place like the Foundation Room since the Mandarin has a bit more class, but not a go-to place for me, though. Worth checking out, but maybe not for several return trips. This is just where i take friends to stun them with the views after getting boozed up elsewhere.
