  • The office staff is absolutely useless. We put in a work request (3 different times) for a new ceiling fan that broke in March --- now it's almost September and it's still not fixed. We got a new AC unit in March and now it's already crapping out and we were told that the company that installed them did not fill them properly and the "emergency" maintenance staff is not allow to work on them any longer. People take their dogs to the pools and leave dog crap all over the grounds. La privada had really gone to sh*t.
