  • Every October we come here since the hotel opens (5 years ago!) And we will not come back ..... The hotel doesn't have anymore happy hour, service in room is really bad unless you ask for what you need everyday and still .... Waiting for sugar in my room after a full week there! Really not adapted to the customer. I'm not gonna describe the marks on carpet, the hairs in bathroom .... We still like the location and the amenities but there are so many hotels we can go ... And will do! Going down going down ....
