  • I've never been so grateful to finish using a group buy coupon so that I NEVER have to go back to this place again. First and foremost, I must echo the feedback my fellow Yelpers have mentioned - they NEVER pick up their phone. I actually missed their call and called back not 2 minutes later, and it went to voicemail. Definitely not the best way to garner new customers. I finally got SO fed up, I actually walked in to make my appointment, only to be told that I couldn't get an appointment for a few months and would need to break up my voucher if I wanted to use them sooner. I decided to break up one of them, and book the other well in advance to enjoy a "day at the spa". This was back in July - I wasn't able to book my full voucher until November! I was able to break up the other coupon for 3 separate dates in September. Each voucher had a 60 minute hot stone massage, manicure and pedicure. When I arrived for all my appointments, I was left waiting each and every time for at least 15-20 minutes (and this is AFTER I arrived 10 minutes early per their request). Also, on the day that I booked my full voucher, they had me sit in the manicure room for 20 minutes after I was done until another aesthetician freed up to do my pedicure. Watching Fantastic Four in an uncomfortable mani chair in a cold cement brick room isn't my idea of a relaxing Sunday. I was so extremely frustrated that they didn't value my time. When I finally got my pedicure, I could tell I got a very inexperienced person. She pricked me a couple of times while cleaning my cuticles and painted my nails SIDEWAYS instead of from the base of the nail to the top. The coats were so uneven that she had to remove ALL the nail polish and re-apply everything with a different colour. The second attempt wasn't any better. It's been 2 days and my toes have already started to chip - usually my pedicures last weeks before chipping. I do have to say that the massages I had were fine and relaxing for a non-RMT. I will admit the aestheticians I had on both occasions were friendly. However, this doesn't make up for the fact that they never return calls and have made me wait and wasted my time on every visit. I implore everyone to save your money and go somewhere else - unless you have time to spare.
