  • I've been going to Stockyards for about a year and I cannot say enough about this place - it is unreal. They do anything meat really well, especially ribs, brisket, fried chicken, and burgers. The ribs are only available Tuesday, Friday and Sunday - and call early to get them to reserve a rack for you. The burger is "smash-griddled" a-la- burger priest. I'd say it's not as good because the bun they use is a kaiser bun, but the toppings are better. I like the green chili burger from them. For brunch I've tried the Chicken & Waffles (amazing) and fried poached eggs. I don't think there is a place that does better fried chicken in Toronto than stockyards - if there is, I want to know about it!
