| - The first time I ordered from this place it was awesome. I tried the house chicken, which was very delicious. The Hawaiian fried rice, which was very unique, and the sweet and sour pork, which was better than most places. Their crab puffs are to die for, I really could of eaten 20 of them. The only downside was on the website it said the dishes were served with white rice, which we weren't given, we weren't given any chopsticks, and there weren't any fortune cookies. Those things could be over looked. So I decided to give this place another shot when my weekly Chinese food craving hit me. This time we ordered egg fried rice, orange chicken, and broccoli with oyster sauce. We also ordered a side of white rice to make sure we got some.
The egg fried rice was slightly overcooked but not enough to really be bad. The orange chicken was awesome, and it was just swimming in sauce which was awesome as I could pour some over the white rice. The broccoli wasn't my choice to order so I only tried a little, it was ok, but there definitely needed to be some oyster sauce in there. On the plus side though this time we got chopsticks and 4 fortune cookies! Success since there were only 2 of us eating that meant we received 2 fortunes.
Now onto why I am not only giving this place one star, why I am never going back here, and why I think it will be a very long time before I ever eat Chinese food again. Towards the end of my meal I was pouring my delicious orange chicken sauce over white rice and enjoying, that is until I felt a hair curl around my tongue ring, I pulled it out and examined it to find a long blonde hair. I have short black hair and my eating companion has long brown curly hair. Normally one hair isn't that big of a deal for me, I just simply was a little grossed out and was done eating for the night, I work in a restaurant I know these things happen sometime, it sucks but they happen. The lights in the room we were eating in were darkened as we were watching a movie, when I brought my plate into the kitchen to wash it off I found that the blonde hair from my mouth wasn't the only hair on my plate, there was another shorter blonde hair stuck with orange chicken sauce to my plate, and a long straight brown hair mixed in with the leftover egg fried rice. So in all I found 3 different hair donations to my meal that night, and that's what I could find, who knows how much hair I had for dinner from the chop and wok. Which is a real shame, it was good food.
