As soon as Pittsburgh is able to get over the hype of food trucks, I believe it's possible to see some varied opinions in the quality of the food or service they are actually there to bring to the communities.
That being said, the PGH taco truck is just that. All hype. The tacos themselves are bland at best, and greasy, processed, Sam's Club shit at worst.
What's more important to me than the actual quality of the food is the abhorrent way the owner treats his staff, and the unprofessional way he carries himself over social media. Everyone is allowed to have an opinion, (obviously, see aforementioned paragraph) but when you run a business at least modicum of decorum is appropriate.
I'll never buy or support this type of troglodyte. Get with the times and respect your staff and humans in general.
