  • This place has gone WAY down hill. My wife and I decided to bring out kids here last year because they had received such great reviews. Now they have the worst customer service we have ever received at a doctors office. Today was the last straw. I had to pick my 10yr old up from school because he had a 102 temp and a sore throat. I do what a parent should and take him to the office (which is empty except for the 3 girls gossiping at the front desk) and one of them looks at me with a sneer and says "Um we don't have any appointment's today and we don't DO walk-ins" I can imagine her at home saying "this job would be great without all these needy sick people, they act like they keep us in business or something" well not me and my kids, not anymore. Do yourself a favor and find an office that will actually care about your kids.
