I have always been a gym member all my life. Moved to AB and gave this one a shot. Never had any worse experience than Spa Lady in LIFE!
It clearly seems to me that each of their employees has their own policy when it comes to refund, canceling membership or even anything that they do wrong. They have new managers and staffs almost every week and they all are running after their own commission from each sale and once that part is done the customers are nothing to value anymore!
That's simply what I learned from them. I know friends & family who suffered just so much for their Staffs' misinformation during signing up and ignorance when they needed help.
