  • Went in to view these apartments and LOVED them. Robert showed us around and to the models and was very enjoyable. We left to go look at a few other places then came back to these. Unfortunately we were not so lucky to get Robert again, and instead got a heavier set black lady. I told her we decided on these apartments I just want to see the model one more time to make sure its the one I was remembering because I had seen so many that day. She did not want to show us any models and offered to show me the floor plans instead! Wtf? I felt like she just did not want to work or sell me on the apartment. Because even when we had walked in the first time she made us wait so she could pass us off to Robert while she sat there staring and not really doing anything. I decided that I do not want to live here based solely on her. Worst customer service I have ever experienced while trying to rent somewhere.
