Belk Corporate I have called now 4 times to fix this issue and I have not received the money back from a Christmas present purchased on my credit card. The first time I called I was told I had to wait a month for the item to be credited back to my account... Second time in called item still not located by Belk customer service regardless of confirmed UPS tracking station item returned. Father had to pay $50 to ship item back at his own expense since there was no return shipping slip. Item was an xmas gist which cost him money in the long run.
Later Call made to Belk spoke with Erin on May 11 @ 11:52 a.m. confirmation made by Erin that UPS that tracking number was received and signed for at dock. ( more than a month ago the item was received). According to Erin notification sent to cooperate. In regards to item not being credited back to Belk Credit card. Email received from Belk at 2 pm shipping notification for gift card being sent to me.
Last call made May 12, 2016 at 2:30 p.m. call made to BELK spoke with Frank informing him that I did not want store credit and instead the money credited back to the BELK card. Frank stated he was sending an email to cooperate In regards to phone Call. Cooperate is again ignoring request and an email was received now stating gift card has been shipped!!! I do not want credit back to by more from this store and still have to pay my credit card when in fact THE ITEM WAS RETURNED!!!
This December I also purchased a gown to be worn to a work xmas event. Paying over night shipment as well... Called for a week wondering where the dress was after two weeks and no notification the purchase was cancelled! This by far is the WORSE store I have ever shopped!!
