| - Pulled my car up and a man asked me what service I wanted told him what I needed and he told me to wait inside for a few minutes. When he told me "a few minutes" I was pretty shocked just because there were so many cars in front of me and tons of people waiting inside. I assumed he meant he'd check me in, in a few minutes. I waited for about 20 minutes and no one ever came in. My original expectations before arriving were to check in, leave, and pick up my car when it was ready. I continued waiting and to my surprise, no one came inside to get any information (name, which car was mine, car info), confirm the services I needed, or anything. After about 45 minutes someone came in and told me that they were going to start servicing my car, but didn't have an air filter for my car and couldn't locate the cabin filter in my car to change it. I was very frustrated because now I would have to wait longer for a part to be delivered which could have been avoided if they would have checked me in and confirmed the services, giving them time to order the part to be delivered while I waited. In total I waited about an hour, which is irritating because I would have liked to leave and come back but without anyone checking me in, that was impossible. I ended up getting an oil change (synthetic) and my air filter replaced which was $106.00. The workers were decent and my car is fine but I won't be coming back anytime soon.
