Father's Day was super busy so that's why I am giving a 3 instead of a 2. I do understand, first hand, that being busy effects service. We actually had great service from everyone, except our server. At the beginning he was around often but then he never really came back. The main issues were in regards to availability of items. They were out of 2 wines that we ordered and the dessert we ordered. They said the creme brûlée wouldn't be ready for 2 hours and they wouldn't serve it before. We had to ask multiple times to get any lamb at the table, which turned out to be a bit overdone and too gamey. We also had to ask a couple times for the filet, which sadly was the only steak that wasn't good. Flank steak was amazing!! Bacon steak was great, sirloin was great, and pork was good. Luckily another server helped us with anything we needed. Paying our bill was a nightmare. Took 30 minutes. They over charged us and then disappeared forever when we asked for it to be adjusted. The highlight of the night- a completely separate server, after an hour of being told about the dessert, brought us a creme brûlée. And it was delicious. We did speak to the manager. She didn't seem to care or acknowledge anything. Not that we needed anything free (Father's already got a free meal on the next visit, the problem is that no one wants to go back.) BUT there were no apologies or care. Bummer experience for such a pricey place.
