  • Went to return my car at the airport location, we went to Utah and it was raining up there. So when i tried to drop the rental they told me it was too dirty and i would be charged $100! Spoke to the manager and he was not accommodating told me the same thing. Mention there was no mud, just dusty water spots! He told me because the dirt wouldn't come off with a car wash i had to take care of it! Wtf im responsible for cleaning your cars now? I took it to a car wash and brought it back no issues the 2nd time. Lucky i wasn't flying out! Great way to treat your locals Hertz!
