Let me start off by saying I use the ups store often. This was by far the worst costumer service I've ever received. I am a very pleasant person and I walked into the store with a positive attitude and a smile on my face, this quickly changed. After paying $7 to print 2 shipping labels by email I asked for tape to tape the labels to my boxes (at every other location they're happy to attach the labels for you and I wouldn't have even had to ask) the lady behind the counter said, "this time I will let you use it but in the future you'll have to bring your own." I thought she was joking. Then she went on to tell me that because the labels were USPS labels and her shipment box was full I would need to drive to USPS to drop them off, these were two tiny boxes no bigger than a coffee mug. Every other location I've ever been to places my packages in the USPS box for pick up with absolutely no problem, whether I pay for the labels to be printed or not. I will never use this location again.
