  • The staff that they have working here now in University Heights Ohio are is very shitty I've been coming here for two years and it's never been bad until now. I will definitely have to find another Starbucks to go to even though this one is more convenient I'll be have to be inconvenienced because I'm being inconvenienced either way I go. It's one thing when people know your drink and make it for you but now they just assume and get upset when you tell him that that's not what you want I've been ordering the same thing for a little over a year and now because is a different variation of it and most people get that variation they assume that I want it as well which they should not do and then they tell me that I need to be more specific when is not my job to be specific because that's what I've been doing and that's what the original drink is it's their job to make sure they get that shit right and they have not done that yet. There was a worker here named Evan I don't think he's there anymore but he was nice and that's about it.
