Update: ADT did reach out to me and refunded the payment. I give them credit for trying to resolve the situation once it got past the regular customer service rep. I guess the lesson is to ask for a supervisor!
Got screwed by ADT. Switched over to another company but still got billed by ADT and they won't refund the payment. Being charged for services not rendered even though their service was disconnected 5 days prior to the auto payment. They didn't even realize their system wasn't hooked up anymore! Shows how great their monitoring is. My next calls will be to investigative news and then to PILB and BBB
