I have literally been to every single pilates studio in Toronto and this one BY FAR is my favourite! There is definitely a cool/relaxed/tattooed vibe at both locations. Although it has a hipster/west-end element, all of the front desk staff and instructors are SUPER friendly and helpful if you have any soreness/injuries etc, which is important to me as I have a long-running disc injury in my back. I particularly love Amber and Jackie's classes, but all of them are enjoyable. The classes are tough - they are serious about results and so be prepared to work hard. I've also learned a lot about my body and spine while attending classes at Misfit - love the education! No matter how hard the workout is, my favourite part of the Misfit experience is that I always leave there in a better mood and feeling more peaceful than when I arrived. Try all the different classes - some are more 'movement' oriented like Essentrics, while some are straight up muscle burning/side bum pain inducing like Get Cheeky.
Overall, amazing experience every visit.
