  • I, too , have been coming here for years, and get gel nails, spa pedicures and my eyebrows waxed. Most of the ladies who work here are Thai and only a few speak English......... it doesn't bother me a bit.... I don't consider it bad customer service that they don't chit chat, or that if a I have a special need to attend to, the girls call over someone else for a consultation - that's one of the reasons they are lower priced. I always phone the day-pf or the day-before to make an appointment (isn't this just curtesy?), and I have never had to wait, although they have sometimes switched up the order of which service they do for me, depending on the customer load. Most importantly, the finished service always looks great.
